pharcade Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the pharcade website and gaming platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the pharcade platform following any modification to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the pharcade platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the Service through any device or network.

To register an account and use the pharcade gaming platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pharcade, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pharcade platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pharcade reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pharcade platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. pharcade shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pharcade immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your pharcade account.

pharcade may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.

All financial transactions on the pharcade platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pharcade supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits are credited to your pharcade account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• pharcade reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pharcade does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside pharcade's control and are your responsibility.

pharcade may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wag ering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pharcade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

pharcade actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus funds. Any account found to be abusing bonuses may have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account suspension.

pharcade may run special promotions tied to Philippine holidays and events, including Pasko (Christmas) reload offers, summer campaigns, and other seasonal incentives. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available to eligible registered players only.

pharcade offers a range of online casino games including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, dice, and card games such as Callbreak Quick. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All non-live games on the pharcade platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. pharcade does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, pharcade's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, pharcade reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

pharcade is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game engine will complete the round according to its programmed logic.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pharcade platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the pharcade platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the pharcade platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the pharcade platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pharcade staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

pharcade is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pharcade players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pharcade platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

pharcade strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

All content on the pharcade platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of pharcade or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pharcade platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pharcade platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pharcade content.
• Use any pharcade trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pharcade platform.

Any unauthorised use of pharcade's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by pharcade.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pharcade, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pharcade platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, game errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access or system failures.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the pharcade platform.
• Any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on your end.

pharcade's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pharcade account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pharcade reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that pharcade reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected misconduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also close your pharcade account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pharcade operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the pharcade platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

pharcade reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pharcade will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pharcade platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
